Most of us know the general 8” by 12” (8 inch by 12 inch) printing paper. However, you may not know that printing paper comes in several varieties. Did you know there are many different types of printing paper? Inkjet paper, laser paper, photo paper, cardstock, copy and multipurpose paper, and bond paper are all types of printing paper (“Printer Paper Buying Guide” par. 13-18). The most durable is bond paper, which “has a high content of cotton rags or cotton textile fibers in its composition, giving it a thicker, more substantial texture” (“Printer Paper Buying Guide” par. 18). Is there any printing paper you know that I did not mention?
