Fact of the Day: 14/01/2022

Paintings are so beautiful. From da Vinci’s Mona Lisa to modern-day art, each painting captures an aspect of life. But, of course, you can’t make a painting without paint. When was paint first used? According to the American Coatings Association, “Paint . . .  made its earliest appearance about 30,000 years ago.” This crude paint was used by cave people to represent their lives (“History of Paint” par. 3). Isn’t it so cool that paint was used so long ago?
