Fact of the Day: 17/12/2021

Most of us probably know about the Wright Brothers. They were the ones who created the first airplane. Did you know that today, December 17th, is Wright Brothers Day? According to the U.S. Air Force, “[text shown on screen] The Wright Brothers . . .  made the first controlled, sustainable flight of a[n] . . .  aircraft . . .  on December 17, 1903, four miles south of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina” (“United States Air Force” 0:07-0:16).
