Is chocolate healthy for us? Dark chocolate – the kind without any added milk and minimal sugar – has many proven health benefits! Dark chocolate is loaded with healthy antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, iron, manganese, and potassium amongst many other necessary nutrients for our body. As a result, it can help lower blood pressure and may prevent heart disease. Additionally, dark chocolate even improves blood flow to your skin and even your brain, helping your skin protect itself from UV rays and increase your brain function. Yay chocolate!
