There are so many types of cheese, including American cheese, Mexican cheese, Paneer (a kind of Indian cubed cheese), etc. Who invented cheese? Nobody knows, but its origin is dated back to 7,000 years ago (“National Cheese Lover’s Day” par. 1). Even though we may not know where it comes from, cheese is still loved today by many, whether it is dairy or non-dairy cheese. In fact, today is National Cheese Lover’s Day!
