Fact of the Day: 22/12/2021
Many of us have seen, and perhaps even played with, LEGO sets in our lives. Have you ever wondered where the name “LEGO” comes from? According to Lego.com, “The name ‘LEGO’ is an abbreviation of the two Danish words ‘leg godt’, meaning ‘play well’” (“The LEGO Group History” par. 1). Isn’t it cool that every name has a meaning behind it?
P.S. If you find LEGOs fun, consider gifting a set of them to friends or family this holiday.
